I purchased a Nokia mobile phone, Model 6600, on 11th december from an authorised dealer named Mr sanjeev Aggarwal in Yusuf Sarai New Delhi.after 2 days the phone was creating problem.I submitted my phone in the Nokia service centre which is in Green Park . They recieved my phone after 2-3 days(i dont remember the date) but due to some problem i took my cell back on that day and the employee of that centre declared that my phone is tempered.I gave my phone to the dealer and now he submitted my mobile in your service centre which is in south-x,now the engineer of that centre said that my cell is totally physically abused and they are charging Rs 6000 -7000 to me. Sir/Mam i Faced many difficulties during this period and i am not able to give this heavy amount.
