I have purchased a compaq laptop with some promotional offer of INTERNET DATA CARD and JABRA BLUETOOTH, I had been asurred that u just need to get ur laptop register with hp and get the redemption code and the things will be send to u by courier within 15 days. I got the laptop rgst on 31st dec itself as it was the last date for the offer. After no reply from hp i called to the service center who inturn gave me Delhi no [011 41306568] which when i called said the hp dept has shifted and give me another no [011 41306700]. when i called the no they asked me to send some documents and DD OF Rs300/- which no one mentioned before and suddenly they said that the last date for sending the documents is over. No one at the time of purchase or making enquiry mentioned the above details othervise i whould have send the same, now what should i am soppouse to do? awaiting for a favourable rply pls if u can contact on my cell 9833151645

neccesary arrangements will be maid for the same and the team should rply and will give full information at one point other than in installments.
i dont think my problem is so big that it doesnt have solution.
in case not solved i will come to know that the offer made by a local Co or International brand like HP is same (the intention of not giving the promotional offers made and to engage the cust in different formalities and clauses)
i will not be able to belive on HP for service, product etc. in future also
