I bought an mp3 player for my grandson for xmas. His aunt bought him the same thing. The day after new years , i went to exchange it for some thing else for him. I was told that there is a 15 day exchange or return policy on electronics. It is still in the pkg. and never been opened. I can see your 15 day exchange policy any time other than xmas time. If you wait until the last minute to buy xmas presents from the electronic dept., then there will be nothing left to choose from. Wal mart is nothing like it use to be when Sam Walton was running it. I am very disappointed in the way walmart now runs its stores.  

Solution of your complaintMake exceptions at xmas time. Not everybody waits until the last minute to do their shopping. 
ActionI will stop shopping at walmart altogether.
