I have an airtel mobile connection with mumbai circle mob no-9892039897/9892207842/9867586752, at my residence & in our locality the network is not proper, inside my residence iam not able to reci\eive or make any call i have lodged 10 complaints in a span of 13 months but without any success only false assurances are given by airtel officials, is this not a deficency in service please help me in thios regard.
|Solution of your complaint||A TOWER OF AIR TEL SHOULD BE PROVIDED NEARby so that the network improves in our locality.
|Action||I should be compensated for the same as iam losing my buisness due to missed telephone calls on my mobile due to the network problem |
