Jobsheet No: 3100124634 (Refer jobsheet no 3100110363, Also Complaint No : 2-1NNBCL).

On 28th Oct 2006, I had given my Nokia3230 for repair at the center mentioned above. The Jobsheet No being 3100110363. After delaying by 10 days from the scheduled delivery date of 31-Oct-2006, I was given the handset with scratch marks, half open base, rusted handsfree non workable socket. Upon immediately returning it back, they said they will replace it with a new handset and it will take about 15 days time. After waiting for more than a month, I still did not get my handset and had to logde a complaint with customer care (Complaint No: 2-1NNBCL). After repeated followups with customer care (who took their own sweet time of about 20 days), I was asked to visit the service center again. On 28th of Dec 2006, the service center people said that the handset was never sent for replacement and now they will do so. They then gave me a new jobsheet no - 3100124634. Again was asked to wait for 15 days.

Went to them on 20th of Jan 2007 and again was told to wait for 3 more days, did so and now am again asked to wait for another week.

Its been 3 long months of wait and restraint for me. I didnt know that Nokia is also a PATIENCE TESTING EXAM for its customers. Will be going to consumer court today to file a case also.

Solution of your complaintSolution - 1. Give me a new handset (same model or one with better value and features). 2. Compensate me for the losses that I have suffered due to missing important business calls. I had my interviews missed, impacted my career, besides the agony of spending hours chasing the service center and customer care people. 
ActionLegal action is the last recourse and I will be taking the first step today.
