I had booked a honeymoon package with Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd in mid november. The tour was for 9th Feb to Pattaya/Bangkok. It was due to start from Mumbai. I had made purchased the air tickets from jaipur to mumbai for 8th feb and mumbai to jaipur for 15th feb, because the tour itinery was from 9th feb to 14th feb. Around 1st week of january when i called them i was informed that the tour had been extended by one day, so I had to reschedule my ticket for which i lost 1200 rs. Then today, just 15 day before the tour starts I am informed that the tour has been cancelled because they did not have enough people on the group. And if I still want to go I had to pay 15K extra for that, which I cannot afford at this point. So I had to cancel the tour. I will loose all the money that I spent for air tickets from jaipur-mumbai. Now I am left stranded, with just about a week for my marriage(4th Feb), I dont have a place to go.

The solution is the tours should allow me to carry on the tour at the same cost, that they
promised me. And I at all they are cancelling the tour, I should be paid the money that i loose in
I would want to drag kesari to consumer court, and ensure that they dont do such things in
