I booked a connection of Tata Indicom in the month of November,2006 but i received my handset on 12,January2007 and i received my bill of the month of November,2006 to January 2007.And i am continuously complaining on my help line 1515 but they are not responding and they are saying we cant do anything in this case. 

Solution of your complaintI just want to Waive-off my bill of Rupees 602. 
ActionIf this complaint not resolved i am just going to Consumer Court
