i had my satalite service trun off or disconnected orwhatever you want toa call it but i have been tring since jan. the 18 th to get it restarted and was told do multiply accounts under my name i have no idea how these accounts got and i have been getting so much BS about getting service back on feel like dnw could car less about me as customer now that they have my money and still cannot watch the superbowl but they could careless as long as they got there money nobody is doing there job becuse i was told that it would take 7 to 10 days and that was on the 18 th of jan. and after that i was told it would be another 48 hours then iwas told it would take 24 more hours now i have been told its going to take another 2 days and ithink that that is a bunch of BSBS but like said i feel they could careless about me as a customer or as a person i think i could get better service from direct tv so hopefully someone will get off there butt and do there job and maybe sometime this year i will be able t0 watch tv but i doutb it.
