I Recharged the RIM on 11th-Jan-07 for Rs.1100/- (Rupees Eleven Hundred). on 23rd of Jan-07 they stopped all incoming/outgoing service from my mobile. when i checked the web world, they told me that RIM is assuming the handset as a stolen piece, so they stopped the service. i produced all the original before them, of no use. they asked me to log a complain dialing *333 (customer care) . on 24th i logged a complain by dialing *333 and i was given a complain number 44530031. there after several times i dialed them for the activation my set but no one is bothering. i asked them, pls tell me one specific time by which my set will be activated. the customer care told me that they can not say time limit.
on 3rd-Feb-07 i went the Reliance office on Dickenson to meet them personally. Somebody call Ulla Khan came to me and told me that he is not aware anything of the complaints. i asked him on what basis the set is deactivated ? he told me that he is not responsible to answer this. he also told me that if u complain in higher authority also it is of no use, nobody will listen. and asked me to leave office, and told me the handset will be activated in its time. he told me that he is very busy and he can not waste time with me.
it is surprising that the man dont know basic manner of behaviour and all he talked me in rude. he asked me how much balance talk time i m having ? i replied of Rs.1500/-. he said it will take time to restore service.
