I bought Audio Station 6 from Voyetra.com after a short trial. I had a major problem on the first install trying to register it. I went to there website help (only to find the help contents almost as Rude as there so called techs) I tried everything it suggested to no Avail. So I sent a email stating the registration problem and was sent Reply stating that this product had been registered on another machine and I would have to buy another copy if I wanted to install.
(Your Product ID has been used to activate the Registration on different hard drives to the maximum times allowed by Copyright Laws and it cannot be activated anymore. Please note that you purchase ONE License for the program to be used only in ONE hard drive. Due to the widespread occurrence of software piracy, our automated registration verification system will only allow the software to registered to one hard drive only)
I wrote back explain that I only have one pc so the problem must be on there end and If this wasn’t resolved I would complain on every website I could find…
Shortly there after I received an email showing the fix.
Then when I installed SP2 for winxp I had the same problem. The program popped up requesting an update so I allowed for It and as soon as the program was logged on to Voyetra site all the registration info was gone from the program..
I sent an email to the same tech as before and explained the sp2 may have caused the problem. I received a reply stating that sp2 wasn’t out yet and I have used this registration number eight times and there was No more help, so please do not ask her (Leslie) or try to register again Because I have been blocked and no more mail was going too accepted from me by Voyetra..
So I sent her a copy of sp2 and told her I would seek help else ware.
