Dear Sir / Madam,
We had purchased three nos of HP Pavilion DV 6114TX Laptop and one no of Compaq Presario on 24th COtober,06 and 14th November,06 respectively through your authorised dealer M/s Kabson Computer Plant, Belgaum .
Within two months the right arrow key of one of the HP Pavilion Laptops bearing serial no CNF6361J67 failed following which we sent the Laptop for repair to your authorised service station M/s ENNESS CORPORATION, BELGAUM.
To our surprise we were charged a cost of Rs.2912/- instead of replacing the keyboard free of cost though it was within warranty.
Further to it the delivery was done after 4 days.In addition to that the replaced keyboard has few defective keys for which your service station personnel have insisted us to use for few days till they get replacements.
It is really annoying that after purchasing your compay Laptops with the expectation that we will get good quality and service we are experiencing a totally lacklustre approach from your people.
Also it is not expected that faulty material be supplied by you in the market
And Now We are facing the same problem for another laptop,
