I purchased the Hyundai Santro Zip Plus car from Auto Carriage on 13/02/2006. Till now I did not get the blue book for this car from the dealer, even though I have paid Rs: 5,700.00 to Mr. Chaterjee by cash on 20/05/2006 for the blue book. Every time I asked for the blue book, Mr. Chaterjee said it would arrive by next week. When I went to their office next week, he repeated the same words. This continued for almost 6 months when I tried to contact his boss but failed. After trying for about a couple of months, I have been able to contact Mr. Chaterjees boss, who promised me to provide the blue book by 10th Jan 2007. But they are still telling the same thing to me that the blue book will come by next week. I can not take their bluff any more and hence reporting the incident here in the hope that I will get my blue book back. 

Solution of your complaintThe solution to my problem that I am looking at now is to obtain the blue book for this car.  
ActionReturn the car to them and get my money back.
