I ordered this product on line. The add said they would send a sample, if for some reason I did not want to recieve additional product to call-1-800-637-9732 within 30 days and they would cancel my order for further product. I recieved another order in less than the 30 day review time period. Without opening, I immediatlly returned the product, called the number they had given me requesting a refund. I was told I would recieve the refund as soon as they recieved the returned product. I called again about three weeks later. They said they had recieved the product and it would be at least 5 working days and I would get the refund. Another time period passed. I called again. This time I was told it took 15 working days before I would see the credit to my account. Another month passed. I called to complain. This time a women answered and said she would take care of it right now, while I was on the phone with her. Nothing changed-still no credit given. I called my bank. They said they would take care of it. No word from them. After another few weeks past, I called the Co. again. This time they hung up on me. So I called again later, and was told there computers were down for a time and it would be awhile before they could make my refund. They said, they realized I had been waithing quite sometime and would take care of it as soon as the computer problem was solved. That was a month ago. Now it has been 5 long months since my call to cancel this order, and I have yet to get credit for my $36.90. I will keep calling. I will do what ever it takes to expose this fraudulent company. Iam still awaiting my credt!!  

Solution of your complaintI would really like my refund of $36.90. That is the only solution to my complaint. 
ActionI will call the fraud department of the police in Pasadena, CA. Then I will do what ever steps are necessary to expose this fraudulent company, in all ways I can.
