I was approached by a DSA executive (Mr. Majarekar - 9867520909) on a nearby HP petrol pump for ClubP smart card membership. He took my mobile number and later I received a call from their executive. He explained benefits, I agreed and paid Rs. 250/- on Sep. 14, 2006 against receipt no. 605017 and application form no. 444455. The company promised to deliver the card within 15 business days. I have not yet received the card. I tried following up with the DSA executives, faxed the receipt to (022-67148277) on their request but all in vain.
I am now thinking to take up the matter to consumer court/forum and get my money back with interest and mental harrasment compensation. I am complaining here as a last resort before the extreme step.
|Solution of your complaint||HP should deliver the card within 2-3 working days (I understand the enquiry may take some time), should give me points against my petrol bills, debar the DSA. Else it should return my 250/- with interest and an apology letter to save themselves from consumer case. |
