My customer account No. is 112-101041719 My services are disconnected without any reason and roaming is activated without any request. I have paid the amount against last bill. The reciept number is 112-04577662 by cash at Chinchwad Airtel shop.

Before paying bill my outgoing was disconnected its because I delayed to pay the amount. Its fine. But after 6 hours of paying my bill amount I recieved the message as per your request roaming is activated on your cell affected from 10 feb. 2007. Perhaps I did not request at all.to activate the roaming on mentioned date. This means whichever call I recived during 10 febto till date is charged for incoming also. Hence my outgoing was activated after paying bill amout, to report why roaming is activated when I tried to contact customer care at 121 the network was busy. And again after some time I saw network not supported. My outgoing is discconected without any reason. I do not have any other friend cell
to contact 121 and report the issue. Because its week end, and I am not near to any of my office mates. Its very critical for me.

I believed that Airtel is simply playing with thier customers and unable to manage.

I have two complaints:

1) My outgoing is disconnected without any prior information though I paid the bill amount.
2) Roaming is activated even though I did not requested. And who activated this? should be punished.

Therefore take the request also, I do not want this service further.
Please disconnect my services by end of this month.

I will pay the outstanding.

Solution of your complaintNo solution is required, I faced criticality... I am unable to call 121 from my cell. my outgoing is disconnected, I worried why roaming activated without any request. For temporary solution I have to got to Airtel gallery which is not near.. This is the work I have to do during the week ends. Is this for I am paying the service charges? 
ActionIts enough I am not happy with the service. Therefore I have requested disconnect my service by end of this month. The outstanding will be paid by the end of this month.
