Complaint Details

This is the complaint regarding my suspension of services and rude behaviour of Mr. Vikas Chinchwad Airtel gallery centre.

My customer account No. is 112-101041719.

My services was activated yesterday after paying my bill. Again since from yesterday evening my services are disconnected. When I went to Chinchwad Airtel gallery to report the same problem at 12:30pm, Mr. Vikas from Airtel has told me that service will be activated in another half an hour. But even till 4pm my service is not activated.

When I went back to know the reason, he started talking in rude manner that your services was never activated yesterday, even though I told him honestly that my services was activated yesterday and without any information my incoming and outgoing is disconnected.
When I ask to give me the proper reason he told we do not have any reason come again tomorrow. I told its not possible for me to come tomorrow, please let me know the reason.. he told me that I am mad and come out side I will show you. I felt very embaresed due to him.

Even I am suffering after paying my bill he did not try to understand my problem.

1)Vikas has given my false committment by saying service will be activated in half an hour, but it does not happen.

2) When I ask the reason he used rude words. He state that I am talking like mad.

3) He is asking come next day.. and next day alwasys.
when I paid my bill on Saturday, Sunday I came again with issue, he is telling to come again on monday.

5) He never apologies for the inconvinience.

4) I am paying you the service charge! I was not expected that Airtel is recuirted these type of guys for the customer support.

I hope immediate action against Mr. Vikas, and activation of my service ASAP.
