Whomsoever it may concern,
My self is Ganesh & my complaint is all about the customer care centre located at Dombivli.
We are facing so much problems due this service centre as like no satisfication about our complaint & wastage of time & most important the insult which carrued out in this centre .
Ther is lack of training to executive & the manager over there Mr. Vishal Jethva who doesnt know how to talk with customers .My expectation is only that he should talk like human being while handling customers.Your one of the executive Ms. Jayna gets suffogated due to customers who r coming to solve there queries.There is arrangement for only two chairs of executive who r handling the customers & these peoples also doesnt know about varios features of different plans & there not able to solve most of the complaints .They are almost taking atleast 1/2 hour to single customer for solving his queries which causes time lost like anything . Now i dont have so much time to write everything in this mail.....
|Solution of your complaint||1)Give appropriate training to your Executives
2)Arrangement of new customer care centre in Kalyan which will reduce rush automatically from Dombivli.
3) Last & final but most important give training about talking with customers gently if possible. |
|Action||After continuing three consistent years with Airtel I would like to discontinue relation with the no. 1 network in mumbai...... |
