Sub: - Complaint against defective Bluetooth Headset.
A Nokia Bluetooth Headset, model BH-200 had been purchased from a Nokia Priority Dealer, Space Network on 14th Nov. 2006, and Tax Invoice No. 1233. After 3-4 days of use the headset doesn’t switch on. On being reported to the Priority Dealer they take it back for replacement and return it after a month on 24th Dec. 2006. This supposedly replaced headset encounter the same problem after another few days of use. The problems being again reported to the shop, they again take it back for replacement and return it on 20th Jan. 2007. This new supposedly replaced headset gain works for few days and then the same problem arises. Now I have again returned it to Nokia Priority.
But this time I am not going to accept any replacement, because one single headset after being replaced thrice encounters the same problem. Then either it is being repaired and not replaced or the whole lot is defective. There’s no point of being harassed all over again. As already I am fed up with Nokia and Nokia Priority Dealer. After purchasing a headset with Rs.3000 in November, since then I am unable to use it for a month. Please send proper instructions to your Dealers not to harass their customers like this, as I am very offended with Space Network, Nokia Priority Dealer.
Now at last I am writing to you with disgust and am eager to receive a positive reply, else I would need to take suitable action against Nokia.
