I am based in Bangaore and I used the shopping services of rediff.com to send flowers on the 13th of Feb 2007. I paid INR 3999 for the cost of the product using my credit card. Money is already charged on my credit card - but delivery has not been done. I have requested for a refund. But that also has not happened.

The above link claims that if order is placed on or before 14th Feb 2007 10:00 AM, the same shall be delivered on the 14th of Feb. Today is 19th Feb and delivery is still not done.
I tried reaching rediff.com customer support thru their website, SMS service and thru phone - but there is no response from them on the status of my order. I have sent about 200 SMSs till date and I have received no response.
If you could help in filing a complaint against rediff.com, I would be grateful.
