This is to inform you the troubles I have gone through since I have done the mistake if gifting NOKIA 6681 mobile to my father on his birthday (16 November 2006).
We bought it from Alfa market. Since the first day of operation it did not work efficiently. The battery discharged in an hour. I went to complain at Nokia services centre at Phoneix mall, Lower Parel. Where I wasted an hour plus jumping from window 5 to 18. Finally, my handset was taken by the service provider and was return within a week. .
The same phone failed to charge at home. I had to go second time to complain. In front of me the whole set was opened and I was told its software defective. And battery was ok. Two days later I received a call from the centre saying battery is defective and now replaced.
When I arrived at the service provider my handset was returned and no dialogue. I was said to go home and check the mobile. When I enquired regarding battery, was told to go to window 18. After waiting in queue was told to photocopy 2 copies of original bill. No photocopy machine is available at the service provider and in phoenix mall, so I need to go to Parel station for photocopy.
When asked to check the mobile at the counter, reply was it already checked. When asked if it fails, was told come back again.
Mobile failed to charge at home. Problem continues. All I got in repentance of buying nokia continue wasting time n repeatedly visiting the centre and awaiting long queues to meet most inefficient, inconsiderable staff with equally hopeless team leader (supervisor-Namrata).
