Dear Sir / Madam,

We have sent course materials to our Chandigarh Centre on 22/1/2007 by air on to pay basis vide the Docket # 241147229. This consignment has reached our centre in Chandigarh because of which our centre has faced a huge loss.

We have contacted Mr.Pankaj. He visited our office regarding this at once in the late evening. We asked him to come the next day to resolve this problem. But he never turned up. He is not even attending our calls. One Mr.Kumar is picking his mobile always and saying number of reasons. Hope Mr.Pankaj is avoiding our calls in this regard.

Pls. find below the mail received by us from our Chandigarh Centre regarding the same.

Kindly look into this matter immediately and resolve the same with necessary compensation to our Chandigarh Centre.

This is in continuation of my previous mail regarding non receipt of course material for Primavera programme in time.
At your direction Mr. Pankaj spoke to me the other day and asked me to forgive them and not take any action, in any case he asked me not to claim full damages and settle at something reasonable.
I told him that the loss I am claiming is actual cash loss and I have, so far, not asked for compensation for the loss of credibility with the participants, mental strain we went through etc etc.
He was supposed to have talked to you on this matter but I was surprised when you told me today that I had asked him not to talk to you and we will sort this out between us. On the contrary I had told him to talk to you as you are the first point of contact.
Now on your direction I have tried calling him several times but he is not responding.
On top of not delivering the material in time, they are trying to add confusion by saying different things to you and us. This amounts to adding insult to injury.
You are advised to take up the matter with them and ask them to make good the loss failing which we will have to resort to legal recourse.

Dear Sai,
We regret to inform you that despite tour best efforts the course material for Primavera ( Full time three day course) did not reach us in time and as a result three participants withdrew from the course causing us a loss of Rs. 40407/- @ Rs. 13469/- per participant. You are requested to take up the matter with the courier service and tell them to make good the loss otherwise we intend to go to court against them.
The Course material was sent to us through ON DOT couriers. They seemed to have lost trace of the package at Delhi and could not deliver it to us in time. We kept in touch with one Mr. Pankaj who initially said that he was looking into the matter but later on stopped even picking up the phone.
We have not only lost three participants but went through a severe mental agony during this period.
Tell us whether you are taking up the matter with the courier service or should we proceed against them on account of loss incurred due to deficiency in service.
Treat this as most urgent please.
