I purchased my car a year back23 rd JAN, 2006. at SURAT from Nanavati Motors Within 9 months unfortunately my car was damaged during flood.on 8th August 2006 1) During flood repaired done at my car dealer workshop, i was not timely informed about the replacement exchange offer for complete damage car. 2) I had spend 66000 INR within 9 months of car purchase. With expectation that my CAR will repaired to have a new feel again. 3) My CAR is still not smooth to drive even then i have spend within 1 year more than 450000 INR. I still hear noises while driving.After flood repair i had twice given my CAR to dealer workshop for routine check up and maintanace if required but the problem still exists. 4) As informed by dealer that Hyundai motors will bear 50 % of the repair expenses remaining after the insurance company has covered 5) Till date i have not receieved any such ( point # 3)reimbursement from HYUNDAI MOTORS. 6) Like myself there many more HYUNDAI MOTOR customers with similar problem. 7)My friends and other known to me who are in SURAT customer of MARUTI INDIA are much happy customers as they had recveived reimbursement entitled by the MARUTI MOTORS within 15 days of flooded car repair completed.Thier service are really being appreciated by others. I Hope my and other Hyundai Customers grievances are heard by the comapny and do the needful to reimburse or have better exchange offer of my CAR.

GET THE REIMBUSRSENET AMOUNT AS ENTITILED. REPLACE MENT OF MY CAR WITH NEW CAR OF SAME MODEL.
