In February, my husband ordered a product called Extenze (sp?). The product was charged shortly thereafter. The product was a joke. Let the buyer beware. We sent the product back within the required time frame exactly as we were instructed to do. In April we received a confirmation letter that the company had received the returned product in their facility. This letter goes on to say that if we were requesting a refund (which we did when we sent the product back) we must completely fill out the form at the bottom of the letter, sign and return it to the refund processing department. We sent this back, completed as instructed, the following day. We waited and waited and still no refund. We called the company and were told that they were sorry but there was a problem in process ing the refund. We called repeatedly and have been hung up on more times than I can count. Rather than addressing the problem, the company simply hangs up on you. On July 28th we called and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. Glen got on the phone and i explained to him what was going on. He told me that he was sorry and that the problem should be resolved within 30 days. We called again at the end of 30 days and were told to wait another 30 days. Today is October 6th, still no refund. I called today and talked to Valerie. She told me that there was a problem with the processing company and that she didnt know how long it would take for us to get our refund. I asked if there was a number for the processing company that I could call and she said no, they dont take customer service calls. My husband has dealt dilligently with these people with more patience than I would have been capable of and we are both at the end of our rope. This is NOT a reputable company and should be shut down. DO NOT buy from this company.
