I am the most unhappy customer with the idea customer service. I think Idea forgot the meaning of customer service.
The story starts with my 2 idea prepard conenction. One connection is some 3 to 4 years old and other one just few months old. 9848412951.They are senind many SMS to submit the document for address and identity proof. I cant make anyout going call coz of that recording to submit the document. Which I did for 2 times at one of the retailer (i.e., Orieant Medical Hall, Malakpet). I just confirmed with retailer.
Last week, I spoke to a person who called himself customer care agent. He can hardly speak good english. To my goodness, he cant even take a complaint. When i asked him why..his answer was " I dont want to take any complaint for my issue". I asked him to transfer call to supervisor ..answer was " I cant and dont want to transfer the call".. Is that called customer service for IDEA (CHANGED MY LIFE TO WORST). He is not in position to give answer. He just said I have to submit documents again. As they didnt receive my pervious documents. I asked him whats the guarentee that this time they will receive my documents and where are my previous doucments? he just laugh and ask me to submit again.
When I pay for the service, cant i demand a good service from idea?.. Yes, i can and i must. When i force him, he hung up the call. woow thats called customer service for idea i think.
My question for idea is " 1. Where are the documents that i submitted to retailer?" "2.Anyone can misuse my doument and do unlawful acts, who is resopnsabile for it?"
