problem faced due to ECS payment.(standard instructions to credit card to pay the Airtel bill)--> afraid that customer care executive says that it will take total 60 days for refund.
After sending repeated request in both written, email, direct walk-in and call to customer care the excess amount payment is not refunded from last 2.5 months . Due to this I need to pay late payment fee to the credit card which is 700(ie,350 per month).But still this refund of extra payment is not done to my credit card till today.
|Solution of your complaint||I kindly request you to please take necessary action and refund the amount to my credit card by today since today is the billing date of my credit card so that I need no pay late payment fee for at least this month.
|Action||If this is going to be continued for tomorrow also please let me know so that I will make the payment to credit card and forget the amount that has to refunded from airtel and I can forward this mail across the employees our company so that they will be careful while giving the ECS payments to Airtel next time. |
