I am filing this complaint on behalf of someone, the person bought the Mobile in Feb 2007, in the same month he discovered the problems like the data cannot be saved, battery problems. So he went the service centre HCL Infinet A-78, Sec-2, Noida(UP) 201301 and they gave him the jobsheet which states that the Expected Return Date is 19/02/2007 at 16:00.
Its been more than 11 days now, whenever that person goes they say come after two three days. The person is uneducated and very annoyed by this behaviour of the companies employee.
Reported Fault:Audio: Poor incoming audio quality, Alert:Ringing tone issue (As mentioned on the jobsheet)
Verbal commitment ot the cutomer: that the set will be replaced
