Over the last week I have tried to inform Hutch that their website complaints feedback option is not working. I have infact had to call from Germany on ISD connection to inform them that my wifes mobile number is facing problems. and my attempts to highlight the problem through the web site is repeatedly unsuccessfull.
Most of the Hutch Care professionals dont even understand that I am referring to the non functioning of their Web site. They ask me about SMS issues when I am telling them that their Web site is not functioning. Any one can try using the Contact / Feedback section and you will find that ever after entering all thedetails asked a message "Enter Valid entry" is displayed.
Despite telling Hutch care professionals twice about this they have not rectified the problem
Another rediculs problem being faced is that for Registered users there is another option to provide feedback on various services. This option does not accept entried more than 49 characters.
|Solution of your complaint||Tell the Web site maintenance team to attend to this immediately
Publish a Email address where customers from abroad who face problems with International Roaming can communicate and get a solution instead of a practise where we have to call 9820099200 on ISD and spend money for explaining the problem in words to some of the hutch care professionals who do not understand the problem at all. |
