I have been trying to get a logo design from LOGOSHARX since August (it is now November 7th). Each round of revisions has taken 2-3 weeks, even for small changes. On September 28th, I requested some specific changes - color, outlines of letters. THREE WEEKS LATER, I was sent revisions that did NOT reflect my requests. I have been emailing repeatedly since then, but have not received a single reply.
I have been waiting to print letterhead and business cards for months, and as a new business owner, this is EXTREMELY frustrating.
Logosharx required full payment in advance, so it seems they have little incentive to do the work for me now. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help me pursue a refund of my $200.
|Solution of your complaint||I have seen several complaints on the web from other customers who said Logosharx was thrilled that they were posting complaints on these sites, as they considered it free advertising. So unless my credit card company can help, it looks like they will not try to resolve this complaint. |
