This is to bring to your notice the defective piece sold to me on the above date. It has been parked in my garage ever since. Its last visit to your Service Engineer from Delhi was on 8/11/2004. He reported some technical problem in ECV which he said is out of stock etc, before this they had some other rationale, as a customer I am least interested in such stories. It has only been used in one or two occasions in last seven months as it has been stopping more than moving itself, hence has to be parked.
|Solution of your complaint||I have already had number of unproductive communications with your team. I would request you again to either replace it with a new piece or get it on road in a working condition. Also consider refunding the interest component I have paid so far on the purchase amount of the car.
1) The interest paid to the bank in last 7 months ( ie from the date of purchase) sums to 3777.51 INR on a loan amount of 125,000INR
2) The interest on the remaining amount (52,684 INR) @ 10% for 7 months = 3073.23 INR
Summing to a total of 6850.74 INR
|Action||I hope I will not have to refer this matter to the Consumer Court under COPRA, if you can act promptly.
