I bought my Maruti 800 on march 2004.
It was in the warranty period.
I had dash in the left side corner.
There a dent was made.
But since it was in the warranty period the sales executive promised to repair the car under ilnsurance.
But when I went there to madurai from Tuticorin (there is local dealer for Maruti at Tuticorin)
I was flatly refused.
Since I have crossed about 150kms to repair the car I agred to p[ay the bill.
They ilnduced me to have the thilrd free service since the car is nearilng 8000kms.
I can make it in 10000 km. But if you induce me there ishould be a deal.
You havae to give free coat of undercahse painitng.
Works managaer Tirupathi agreed to it.
But when I returned to Madurail after two days they said your bill amounts to Rs.2000/-
When I protested they chided me that I have played as lay man.
When I argued they said to clear off by payiung the bill.
I have wriltten to their MD
No reply was given afater 10 days. ( i had the servicing on March 5/2004)
Can yhou kindlly take steps .

|Solution of your complaint||There should be action against mr.Tripathi works manager of soalamalai agaencies madurai.Uthangudi.
My Rs.2000 + Rs,Travel allowence of Rs. 1000/- should be repaind/ |
|Action||take the matter to maruti headquarters.
Compensation could be gilven by the head quarters. |
