On March 17, 2004 my husband ordered a product called Extenze. This was on TV. When he order the company took out their money and shortly thereafter he recived his product. This product was a big joke. So anyone reading this please beware. On May the 5th he canceled his orders with the company on May the 17th the company took another payment out of our account and mail out another order my husband called them. Valerie told him to send back the product and they would put his refund back in the bank. So my husband retuned the shipment to them. In June they mailed him a form to sign and return for his refund and stated it would take 30 days. Well the time passed no refund. We called on Sept. 13th Talked to Glen on this day. He said the refund would be there in a few days. On Oct. 15th still no refund called the company and talked to Valerie again she said yes a refund was due in Aug. so therefore it would be a few days. So today Jan 14, 2005 while going thru old bills I called the company again and ask to talk to the Manger well someone just hung up on me. I called back and ask for the manger again I talked to Glen who told me youl"ll get your refund. I told him how long it had been and he said it may take a year or 2 but we would get the refund. Then he hung up on me as before. So please DO NOT buy from this company. This is not a reputable company and should be shut down. They also do take calls at the address you send your information to for your refund. Guess we all learn from this. Do not order with a Credit Card form this Company.
|Solution of your complaint||That we have lost our money. But will keep trying to get it back.
|Action||Im not sure at this time. Tired of waiting on a refund. I think the company should be shut down and all customers get their refunds as promised. |
