Early April 2004 my son ordered a vitamin supplement/muscle builder product from Maximizer Health Products. He tried the first bottle and found it ineffective. He did not order any more but the company kept sending bottles and charging them to my account. We returned the bottles and was told that the company would refund the money, a total of $93.80. We never received the refund. I have called several times and have gotten the run around like many other people who have done business with this company.
This company is illegally taking peoples money. Once they get your credit card number, they continue to post charges to it and send product that you did not order. Even after promptly sending the product back as they instruct, they will not send a refund. I think this company should be prosecuted for fraud and conducting unethical business. Perhaps all of us that have been victims of this companys unethical behavior should file a class action law suit.
|Solution of your complaint||First, I believe all entitled to a refund should receive one. Then, I believe this company should face charges for fraud - its the equivalent of stealing. |
|Action||I will continue to call and pursue a refund in addition to filing a class action law suit if there are enough people who feel as though they have been victims of fraud. |
