My check engine light came on one day so I took my van to be checked out.
After being checked they said the timeing change belt need to be changed.
So I gave them the ok to fix the van. The van drove good not even a year.
Coming home from school the check engine light came on again. There was
also some knocking noise and missing coming from the van. Instead of taking
it back to the same company, I took it to another toyota company. They checked
the motor and found out a spark plug was broken over in the motor and caused
over $2000 worth of damage. Not only that the side doors continue to get stuck
and we can not open the doors on either side. They said they checked it and
nothing was wrong. These doors are still getting stuck. I hate for something to
happen and we can not get out.
|Solution of your complaint||With this complaint maybe someone will see it and hope they do not have to go through what I had to go through of not
having a car for a month. Having to rent a car or even hussle for a ride from family or friends. |
