I was not able to receive any Incoming calls on my BSNL mobile ... I logged a complaint with the customer care of BSNL on 11th March (Complaint # 799 608) ... I repeatedly followed my complaint every day twice (till date ie 11 days)
All these days I used to get replay from the customer care that there is some problem with laying some switch for BSNL (this actually appeared in newspaper too)...
Please note that if anyone tried to call me .. they never got any message.
Today when I called (routine call) .. the customer care person online said .. that my INCOMING CALL is BARRED.
Whereas I have already paid all my dues & well on time.
I want to take a Legal action on this ... How?
