I have broadband connection from BSNL. Last week due to lightning my modem got burned and i replaced it by calling a private company since the exchange cannot provide one.Now the internet is not working most of the time. on alternate days i call them to fix it. On 24th april i called and nobody was there to fix.I am paying Rs.900 every month and i cannot use internet most of the time. 

Solution of your complaintsomebody has to be at the exchange to fix these kid of problems.They told me they ar egetting lot of complaints.there is something wrong with the server.i dont know
