dear sir..

i mariamma sujith from kottayam of kerala bought a maruti suzuki wagon r on 2006 january 20th.after 6 months the car met with an under body accident.the oil pan,up to bottom silencer and back axle was replaced.but nw aftr after this much time,nw there was some cracking sound from inside the bonnet.on the accident v informed our dealer,popular service in kottayam,they wer not ready 2 pick up the car from the we informed another dealer avg group in kottyam and their on road service came n picked our car to the workshop.but nw wen we informed them about the cracking sound and the bad allingnment,both the dealers was not ready 2 check it.

and when we checked the cracking sound we found that the front left and right apron was cracked and broken.and the drive shaft boot was also broken.and when we informed the dealers they told us that its a usual defect and we will claim the insuarance.and when we reached the surveyer of our insurance company-Bajaj alliance,he told us that its a mechanical complaint n it cant b claimed.and the car is in warrenty period also.

juz inform us wat to do with the dealers.either you must replace the car or replace the body shell of my car from the dealers.and there km during the service after that accident was juz 40000 kms.and if nw itself this is the condition,wat will be the condition of my car after some more kilometers.and wen we reached the service manager and customer care managers of both the dealers they they coudnt do anything.
and we expect a good customer satisfaction from your dealers which they are not provding.

the surveyar of the insurance company said because we got the warranty period they were not ready to claim.and the dealers were asking us to meet the insurance company.we are such in a dylemma between these two people.i bought my car with the car loan provided from state bank of travancore kanjikuzhy i cant use my car because of this noise n complaints and u have 2 pay the cash please consider my complaints and take necessary steps.
