We have a leased line connection for our company Delta Technology and Management Services pvt ltd from BSNL in Hyderabad,
It happened 3rd time in April that the line was down for a long time and no body was ready to support us.
When we called up Mr. Ramakanth from BSNL office from telephone bhavan Hyderabad, he disconnected the phone saying he will not work after 6pm; and refused to even help us or give any contacts.
We faced a lot of difficulties to connect to our client and carry out our business had to face a very difficult and humiliating situation in front of our client.
I believe BSNL is loosing its credibility for these kinds of acts and employees.
Please take some corrective steps to improve your service and teach some sense and attitude to your employees,
I will simply break my contract and go to any other service providers if this thing repeats, and I believe everyone having such problem will do this.
Hope a responsible person will take necessary action on this complaint
