i have been after u people for a long time. Since last 1 month my tv is just dead. your service people here are so pathetic that they responded very slow. they wanted to carry my tv to the service center for repairs to which i was very reluctant. regarding this i have emailed u twice. i got a response from your customer service Ms.Kasturi that some person will come and repair the tv. your person came thrice to repair but could not understand anything. at last it was concluded that the smps is faulty. i allowed them to take the smps for repair. mr. umapati gave me an assurance that the part will be replaced not later than 24/04/07. i have lost the entire world cup matches due to your mismanagement and lethargic way your people work.
uptil today there has been no trace of mr.umapati nor any communication from him whether what has happenned.
it is my earnest request to philips is that i do not want the tv set to be repaired now because when i required it the most u people have goofed it.
i demand to the company to refund me the amount which i had paid at the time of purchase and kindly take your product back. i had purchased this product much to the opposition of my family members who do not prefer any philips product. now their opposition is justified.
kindly refund me the amount at the earliest otherwise i would be compelled to go to the media and also the consumer court.
