I was allotted Post Paid Airtel Cell Connection - 9878003444 on 17th of April., 2007
The basic problem, I faced since day 1, that when we are dialling the above Cell from BSNL Telephone line, I have to pre-fix 0 before the Cell Number. Prefixing of 0 is required only to make STD Calls, whereas in my case 0 has to be pre-fixed for dialling the Cell from the Local Location.
I have sent repeated mails to email@example.com and every time i get immediate computerised response that my querry will be resolved with in 24 months. And I have sent 4 to 5 reminders, but of no avail.
This shows deficiency in service/ product features , lack of disclosures, non-communication with the client and no concern for the client.
|Solution of your complaint||Payment of Damages to me, I am the AVP & Branch Head, UTI Bank, The Mall, Ludhiana Branch, and I have circulated this new cell number to all my esteemed clients and within the banks network. Now it will be very embarassing for me to change the number. Airtel should immediately respond to me and should solve the problem faced by me. |
