I have taken my mobile model 6020 for repair at Bluechip Mobile, Velchery, Chennai- authorised Nokia care. First when I took the mobile that guy refused to take the mobile for repair, and then to give a receipt for taking the set and on insisting finally he took and gave me a reciept asking me to come back by eveneing for picking up the set. When I went back was aghast by his behaviour. He said the phone can"t be repaired and refused to give any sort of acknowledgement. Finally he force me take a xerox copy of the jobsheet at my cost.
I just want to know who else will repair my handset if not Nokia authorised dealer and what right thay have to misbehave with us.
Hey Indians... Please boyoctt thsi videshi stuff and stick to Indian operators.. They are making money by giving sub standard stuff which would not alst even for six months...
