I am using a CDMA Phone of Reliance Communication since 2004 while I was in Delhi. On 19 February 2007 I changed my Delhi mobile no. as a have shifted to Mumbai but I retained my earlier hand set. At the time of changing of Number no body at Reliance Web world (Vinay Technologies, Majiwada, Thane(W), Mumbai) has demanded any documents so I had not deposited. But suddenly my all Incoming and Outgoing calls were de- activated on April 4, 2007. On query from Reliance Customer care it was told to me – to deposit my Photo Id.and PAN. Accordingly I deposited all the required documents on next day and they have given me an acknowledgement for that and my services were resumed on the next day.
Again on April 20, 2007 my all Incoming and Outgoing calls were de- activated. On query from Reliance Customer care it was told to me – to deposit my Photo Id.and PAN. I had once again deposited all the documents and my services were resumed on the next day.
But now today, May 4, 2007 again all Incoming and Outgoing calls were de- activated.
Time and again I have write a mail to Reliance customer care and filled a complaint at Reliance Communication web site. But what they had replied is just a white wash.
The de- activation of services periodically shows that Reliance Communication people are just harassing me, torching me.
Such inconvenience causes a huge financial and mental disturbance to me.
I want your help to resolve this issue and claim the damages from Reliance Communication so that no company in India can ever run their activities against the public interest.
