I complained regarding the false promses made to me -- yes it was solved by giving MGA worth half the gift promised and took the letter of SATISFACTION
Also they took back the authorisation from the service Station.
Now I am in a limbo and no where to go ----
because others have not paid full attention to my voes during the second Free service .
Maruti is just one of the organisation where corrupt people do exist as they give authorisation to such service centers( MASS )where they are just minting money nothing else.
At Jagdalpur ( CG) try SKY Automobiles and you will be left with confusion , and frustration .
|Solution of your complaint||Periodical inspection , surprise checking of the remote area service stations like Jagdalpur CG should be done. |
