hi,

I bought new bike on 25 Dec 2006 , after my 300 km ride over i got some engine tapping sound then i gave 1 st service with complient but they mechanic did not solve the complient. Then i went to there after some day, they told bring your complent when the next service has come. ok .

i gave 2nd service with same complient but they did not solve, ( what their word like this model give this sound only )

still i facing the same complient in my bike.

what a great mechanic they have i have doubt they are qualified Mechanices !!!!!!!!!!

Solution of your complaintThe Mechnices Solve the problem through analiyze the bike and what sound come there . if they are not able to rectifiy they call to the Hero Honda Manufacture Chief Mechanic and ask their Help.  
ActionThe Main Majar Product are famous only through advertisement only . after that the performence of Product . so i will inform bad impression throght email or phone to my friends and relatives and whemever asking the about Hero Honda Product . if any one gave email id of Hero Honda Warrenty Support for Service . i will write mail to them about your product and your Authorise Dealer Activity.
