I have booked a parcel through first flight courier, on 24th April 2007, with consignment no. “F14300419”. Even after 3 weeks, its not been delivered. Moreover, the first flight people are puzzled about the status of the consingment. Also, customer care people are claming that it has been delivered to Satna, but Satna office is saying that they have not received it. Because of their negligence in service, a child is deprived from her medical treatment, as the parcel containg a treatment equppment.
Could anybody let me know, what to do in this regards?
