Pathetic, i think there licences should be revoked, i booked my flight for 04/apr/2007 , till morning when i confirmed they said flight is on schedule. when i reached airport the told me flight is cancelled with giving any appropriate reason.
Not only that when i asked to cancelled the flight , the representative pressed some key strokes on computer and said it is cancelled.however when the refund didnt reflect after 10 days and i again enquired one of representative said "No it was not cancelled , now if you say i will cancell" and of course there response time my god once you make call for refund they will give you big queue no and your number will come after 1 hour or so damm pathetic. 

Solution of your complaint1) They should intimate about flight well in advance . 2) Waiting tiome should be max 3 minutes. 3) Refund should be immediated.  
ActionThough my problem is solved, i would suggest other commuters to take Air deccan at there own risk
