I have got two connectionsof tata indicom 9243450905 and 9243450903. the tariff plan in which i am having , as per that i can make free calls to 9243450903 from 9243450905 . Now from the month of april they suddenly changed the rate plan and there is no free caal in that plan. But they never let me know about this change. so on 09th May the tata indicom people barred the connection stating that i have crossed the credit limit. Now i want to know how they can make a change in rate plan without even letting the customer know, they claim that they have send me mails and also called me up. But if its true(which i know is false) thay should tell me when thay called , from which numeber or whom they have delivered the mail and the date of it, courier details, or else i cant pay them.
Solution of your complaint
Since they didnt informed me before changing the rate plan, i cant pay them.
Want to stop the connection (i mean cancel the connection) and the compensation should be paid by th company itself as its their mistake.
