Hi,


I have two connections of Tata Indicom,on one of which roaming was totally free earlier and calling between those two numbers was also completely free.Now that scheme has ended on 29th Mar 07,but when I called one of the customer care executives named "PRATAP" in mid April,he told me that my scheme is still under grace period and will continue till 29th April 07 due to which I continued using that sim and now my April bill has been generated as Rs. 6935/-.due to the wrong information given by that customer care executive.Therefore I dont know what to do now as this is not at all because of my fault,this is because I was misguided by customer care executive.And the most important thing is that they can not change Postpaid schemes like this..
 

Solution of your complaintKindly help me in getting atleast 50% discount on my April bill as I was misguided by their Coustomer care executive.I have already paid Rs.3000,and I dont want to pay anymore.I have also raised a complaint request against PRATAP in Tata Indicom and my request no is SR # 69998657
