Bought the reilace data card on 6th May. I was assured by the customer care that within 48 hours of address verification, the data card will be activated and I will be informed. My address verifiction was done on 7th may around 2pm. Till now, after 76 hours neither the card is activated nor have I received any communication. My attempt to seek the help of the customer care has been futile, as none bothers to attend calls it seems.

Customer care should at least attend phone calls and explain.
