I am having post paid connection of tata indicom and there was a scheme in my connection for which i was paying 150 rs. per month and all my incoming was free. After that they changed the plan and i got letter that since april i will be charged 40 paise per call i m having the letter.
I also got call from customer service that i will be charged 40 paisa per call but now i have get the bill in which the charges are 1 rs. per call
No customer service is writing my complaint.
i have all the document proof with me.
