In spite of my repeatedly informing the SBI Cards Customer Care people on phone for sending me monthly statement, I have not been receiving the same. After prolonged effort last month I was sent two statements. Again this month I have not yet received monthly statement for the last month. I would not be possible for me to make payment of outstanding amount in my credit without knowing how much

A few months back, suddenly I stopped getting my monthly statements for SBI Card No. 4317 5750 1934 5900. Repeadly speaking with customer care help line executives didnot yield any result. When I did not pay the monthly due, I got the call and told the reasons for non payment. I was promptly sent copies of the previous two months statements with the promise I would get my monthly statements regularly henceforth. But unfortunately, this month I have not yet received the statment for previous month till today. It would not be possible for me to make payments without knowing the charges being levied on me by thebank. Since I had experience of getting inflated statements twice from the bank which were corrected on my objection.
My credit card has expired in the month of February,2007. Generally one gets renewed card sufficiently in advance of the expiry date. In spite of my informing the Customer Care Executives on phone, I have not received my new card even more than three months after expiry of my card. This is very strange and amusing way of running credit card business.
Solution of your complaint
State Bank of India is most prestigious bank of the country. It is getting a very bad name by lending its name to a company such as GE to fleece SBI customers. GE, with eye only on fradulently robbing its customers without giving them any service, will kill SBI Card very soon.
I certainly would file a case in the consumer forum for deficient customer service.
